Depositary
For each portoflio / Umbrella, the system creates a set of rules that mirrors the Operating Memorandum. Users are guided by that set of rules when interacting with the system.
Manager
Guided by the imbedded OP Memo, the manager inputs transactions data and uploads the documents. All steps are time stamped and digitally signed.
External control
When an external party is appointed for controls and compliance checks, a control flow is triggered following the rules set in the OP Memo
Externals
The system keeps track of every events. All actions are timed and stamped to allow for detailed audit.
Depositary
Once the set of documents has been reviewed and approved, the Depositary gives their final approval and the transaction is validated.
The oversight calendar is supervised by the system on the base of defined rules. The system thereafter stores every oversight actions and their documentation.
Manager
In case of querries, the manager follows up. In case of validation, the transaction gets to the next step.
All types of set up remain under the control of the Depositary’s system administrator with its existing security protocols.
All users (Depositary and externals) are identified at all time. Operations are stamp-dated and timed and auditable. Documents are signed and authenticated
by digital signature.
